Credit Score: A minimum credit score of 550 is required. Applications below this score are not eligible for approval.
Income Requirement: Household gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent (minimum $2,280/month).
Rental History: No prior evictions, broken leases, or housing-related judgments.
Criminal Background: Applicants must have no felony convictions.
Security Deposit: Standard deposits are $400 for a 1-bedroom and $500 for a 2-bedroom. Deposits may double if conditionally approved (credit 550–600).

Pet Policy: We allow up to 2 pets per unit (Breed Restrictions Apply). A $250 non-refundable pet fee and $15/month pet rent apply per pet.
