We love our furry residents at Cranbrook Forest Apartments!

Our community is pet-friendly, with the following guidelines:

• A non-refundable pet fee of $250 is required per pet.

• A monthly pet rent of $15 is charged per pet.

• A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per apartment.

• Breed restrictions and weight limits may apply — please contact the leasing office for a list of restricted breeds or additional details.

All pets must be registered with management and approved prior to move-in.
